Just a few quick notes on how to use this "Book"

About this Document:

This is an HTML document. It works like a web page. In fact, it is a Web Page.

Because it works like a web page, there is no need to look for footnotes, or search a glossary. Information, references and punchlines are just a click away.

Navigation and Footnotes

This is a hyperlink . It is linked to another related document or resource. Clicking it with your mouse will cause a window to pop up - or replace the current window.

This trick also works with the asterisk* . In this book they will all have tool-tips.

This is a navigation button:

the left arrow: previous chapter Table of Contents the right arrow: next chapter

The left arrow the left arrow: previous chapter , will take you to the previous chapter.

The right arrow the right arrow next chapter , takes you to the next chapter.

The tetrahedron Table Of Contents takes you back to the Table Of Contents.
